What time is carriages?

Carriages will be at 1:00 AM, the last drinks at the bar will be served at 12:30 AM, and the band will finish playing at 12:00am.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, there is a dress code. Guests are encouraged to wear tuxedos with a white dress shirt and a black bow tie. Long evening gowns or formal cocktail dresses in elegant shades of black, white, or gold.

Who is staying at Capesthorne Hall?

Due to limited capacity, we kindly request that Capesthorne Hall be reserved solely for the Wedding Party, as well as Parents and Grandparents. We have already informed those staying at Capesthorne Hall and assigned the rooms. How much does it cost to stay at Cottons Hotel & Spa?

We have reserved 10 rooms at Cottons Hotel & Spa, where guests can enjoy a 10% discount off the best available rate at the time of booking. It’s important to note that no further discounts can be applied and any unsold bedrooms will be released for general sale 8 weeks prior to the wedding, so early booking is essential. Upgrades are available for an additional fee: £60 for a junior suite, £90 for a premier suite, and £25 for a signature room. Charges for children aged 4 to 14 are £30 per night, and guests over 14 will require their own bedroom. To secure your booking, please call the hotel at 01565 650333 and provide the discount code 'MSTK140226'. A card is necessary to guarantee your reservation, with payment due upon arrival. This code is only valid for direct phone reservations; bookings through the website or third-party sites will not be eligible for the discount. Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. All rooms include breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi, VAT, and access to the spa leisure facilities, which can be used from check-in to check-out, with a room key required for access. Early check-in requests can be considered a few days prior to arrival, although availability is not guaranteed. Guests wishing to arrive early to utilise the spa facilities and get ready for the wedding can do so and leave their luggage at the secure reception area. If any spa treatments are desired, they recommend booking in advance, as same-day availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests will receive a 10% discount on treatments due to their residency. We have reserved 20 rooms at The Tytherington Club, offering a variety of room types to suit your needs based on availability. The options include:

- 5 single occupancy rooms at £157.10

- 10 double occupancy rooms at £171.10

- 2 family rooms accommodating 2 adults and 2 children at £203.10

- 2 DBZ rooms (double with a Z bed for 2 adults and 1 child) at £197.10

- 1 superior room at £184.10

Yes, there is parking available at Capesthorne Hall, and you can leave your car overnight.

Can I pick from either Menu?

No, you cannot choose from either menu unless you have specific dietary requirements. Typically, all guests will be served the 'Wedding Menu'. However, if you have dietary needs, please inform us as soon as possible so we can notify our caterers and arrange an alternative from the Vegan and Vegetarian menu.

Is there a Wedding Gift List?

There is no formal wedding gift list; your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for! However, if you wish to give a little something, contributions toward our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. We can't wait to celebrate our special day with you!
